Requirements
- Bring demonstrated senior-level design experience in an in-house or agency environment.
- Have a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual systems.
- Have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Have strong working knowledge of presentation tools.
- Be comfortable exploring tools including Figma and AI-assisted design platforms.
- Present and defend design decisions, and collaborate effectively.
- Navigate ambiguity with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Give feedback with empathy and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, on-brand creative across digital and print for marketing and corporate initiatives.
- Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepting.
- Own cross-functional projects from early concept through final delivery.
- Help evolve creative standards, tools, and workflows, including AI-assisted design.
- Identify creative gaps, risks, and opportunities early and take action.
- Mentor and support designers through critique and collaboration.
- Step in as senior creative lead when the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design is unavailable.
