Job Details

Have 2+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, IT audit, or risk.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Have working knowledge of SOC 1 and SOC 2.
Understand ITGC domains, including access, change management, and operations.
Have a working understanding of PII and data privacy basics.
Have hands-on experience with roles, permissions, and user administration in NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
Be able to manage multiple requests and deadlines concurrently.
Be comfortable working in Excel and tracking tools.
Write clearly and be able to request evidence from non-technical teams.

Coordinate SOC audit readiness and the annual audit cycle with control owners and external auditors.
Maintain control matrices, narratives, and system descriptions as processes and systems change.
Monitor control testing, log exceptions, and track remediation to closure.
Collect and review vendor SOC reports, documenting CUECs and exceptions.
Maintain PII system inventories and track privacy requests, incidents, and corrective actions.
Run periodic access reviews for NetSuite and PII-bearing systems, and monitor access conflicts and stale or excessive permissions.
Create, assign, and track auditor and ITGC requests across access, change management, backup and recovery, and IT operations.
Gather and review audit evidence for completeness, accuracy, and date range before submission.
Maintain the repository of policies, procedures, and audit artifacts, and report request, exception, and remediation status to leadership.
