Job Details

Have 3+ years of QA automation experience for production systems.
Have strong Java backend testing skills.
Have strong frontend testing skills.
Have experience building and maintaining Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium E2E suites.
Have API testing experience, including REST, schema validation, and authentication and error scenarios.
Have experience with SQL/PostgreSQL testing and test data management.
Have CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or Jenkins.
Have a practical understanding of testing non-deterministic LLM outputs.
Familiarity with Promptfoo, Langfuse, trace-based observability, and output validation is a plus.
Performance and benchmark testing, WebSocket testing, security and dependency scanning awareness, or experience in legal-tech, fintech, or other regulated domains are nice to have.

Build API and integration test coverage for Java/Spring routers and database workflows.
Design and implement Playwright E2E tests for critical user journeys.
Create mocking and fixture strategies using MSW, test fixtures, and seeded test data.
Set up CI quality gates for linting, unit, integration, and E2E tests, coverage, and reporting.
Expand coverage to untested UI and workflow areas and prevent regressions.
Build LLM evaluation practices using golden datasets and measurable quality gates.
Track model output reliability, detect drift, and gate releases on quality and stability thresholds.
Improve test maintainability, reduce flakiness, and optimize runtime.
Use LLM tooling and observability integrations to capture traces, track prompts and versions, and compare experiments.
