Job Details

Bring established experience designing and implementing complex, modern data architectures.
Have practical knowledge of processing large datasets and optimizing complex computational operations.
Have practical experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL.
Have practical experience with columnar or analytical databases, such as ClickHouse.
Be familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Be able to shape a long-term technology vision and build new solutions from the ground up.
Be able to work across teams and communicate effectively with developers, ML teams, and business stakeholders.
Experience with distributed SQL/HTAP architecture is welcome.
Experience with Data Lakehouse concepts or event-driven and streaming solutions is welcome.

Design and develop the overall data architecture for a new enterprise platform.
Make key decisions about database schema modeling and the division of analytical and transactional workloads.
Select tools and technologies to support horizontal scaling, high throughput, and low latency.
Set standards for auditability, data lineage monitoring, structural migrations, and versioning.
Create integration patterns for third-party applications, external information streams, and machine learning models.
Optimize queries, indexing, and storage strategies for large volumes of data.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and AI teams to deliver reliable product foundations.
Maintain the quality, security, and performance of the data environment.
