Bring 5+ years of professional experience.
Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and notebooks.
Have very good knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and semantic models.
Have good SQL skills and experience with Python/PySpark.
Have experience integrating data from various sources, including APIs, files, databases, and SaaS platforms.
Have experience with or a genuine interest in GenAI solutions for data, including text-to-SQL/DAX, Fabric Data Agents, or Copilot.
Have basic knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM response quality evaluation.
Be confident communicating directly with business stakeholders and independently clarifying unclear requirements.
Be able to think in terms of KPIs and business value.
Bring a proactive and independent approach.
Be fluent in English for working with a US-based client.

Build data flows in Microsoft Fabric, including ingestion, transformations, and data modeling from multiple sources.
Create semantic models and Power BI reports.
Define AI adoption and business value KPIs with business stakeholders.
Develop conversational access to data based on the semantic model using Fabric Data Agent, Copilot in Power BI, or a custom LLM-based solution.
Create test question sets and validate response accuracy.
Define clear boundaries for the types of questions the solution can handle.
