Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in law.
- Have 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Have experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English.
- Understand compliance matters, including contractor engagement and regulatory requirements.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Be organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ukrainian language skills are a nice-to-have.
- Experience working with IT companies is a nice-to-have.
- Experience with international or cross-border legal matters is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Support other team members with day-to-day legal issues.
- Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and other agreements with vendors.
- Draft and maintain contract templates.
- Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Advise sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams on legal questions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters.
