Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Law.
- Have 3-8 years of experience in a legal advisory role.
- Bring strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, employment law, and IT/IP law.
- Have experience in contract negotiations and legal risk assessment.
- Be fluent in Polish and English.
- Have experience working within the IT, technology, consulting, or outsourcing sector.
- Be familiar with international contract frameworks and cross-border operations.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communicate complex legal matters clearly.
- Bring a collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual, operational, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and support negotiations of commercial, IT, procurement, and other business agreements.
- Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and delivery teams throughout contract and tender processes.
- Prepare legal analyses, opinions, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Contribute to corporate governance activities and maintain legal documentation and templates.
- Monitor legal developments and support compliance initiatives across the organization.
