Education and experience alternatives: a bachelor's degree and at least four years of professional experience, an associate degree and at least seven years, or a high school diploma and at least nine years.

Requirements
- Meet one of the stated education and experience combinations: bachelor's degree and at least four years of professional experience; associate degree and at least seven years; or high school diploma and at least nine years.
- Have at least three years of professional experience in infrastructure and platform engineering or IT.
- Bring hands-on experience in infrastructure and platform engineering, IT operations, or related technical environments.
- Have familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Have familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices, container technologies, scripting, and automation.
- Have practical scripting skills in Python or Bash and disciplined version control practices.
- Have exposure to production service operations, monitoring and alerting tools, incident management, and on-call support.
- Understand modern infrastructure environments and be able to follow established architecture patterns, operational procedures, and engineering standards.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Azure Developer Associate are a plus.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or another regulated or export-controlled environment is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance standardized development pipelines, shared platform services, and engineering environments.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions for provisioning, configuration, and environment management.
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, incident response, and on-call rotations for platform services.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and support post-incident problem-solving.
- Help product teams onboard to standardized platform workflows and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for shared tools and services.
- Implement solutions in accordance with established architecture, security, and platform standards.
- Deliver platform features and automation within planned development cycles and identify reusable improvements.
