Requirements
- Have customer service and prior collections experience.
- Have phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Demonstrate computer and typing proficiency while working with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Attend five weeks of full-time virtual training Monday through Friday, with 100% attendance required.
- Work the assigned full-time schedule, including required Saturdays.
- Have a quiet, distraction-free designated home workspace.
- Have wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and satellite providers are not compatible.
Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts.
- Provide customer support and service.
