Job Details

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.

Have at least 6 years of professional full stack software development experience.
Have strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Node.js.
Be proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and understand asynchronous programming.
Have experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, including with external or third-party systems.
Have knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Have experience with database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Have demonstrated solution architecture experience and ownership of system-level design decisions.
Have working knowledge of cloud platforms and application security practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Have prior experience as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or equivalent, with ownership of technical deliverables.
Understand software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Have experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows, unit and integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Lead and mentor developers, provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
Own application architecture and technical design decisions, including scalability, security, integration patterns, and maintainability.
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ReactJS and Node.js.
Build responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Develop RESTful APIs, backend services, and business logic using Node.js and suitable frameworks such as Express.js.
Design and oversee secure integrations with external and third-party REST APIs.
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Guide cloud architecture and deployment decisions, and embed authentication, authorization, and data-protection practices.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
