Requirements
- Entry-level to early-career sales candidates are welcome.
- Be able to conduct outbound prospecting through calls and emails.
- B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, or customer service experience is a plus but is not required.
- Use prospecting, appointment setting, relationship building, and follow-up skills.
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Bring a goal-oriented, activity-driven approach to sales.
Responsibilities
- Make B2B outbound calls to prospective businesses.
- Identify businesses that may need the company’s services.
- Set qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
- Build relationships with prospects over weeks and months.
- Maintain an organized CRM and keep the sales pipeline moving.
- Meet activity goals, including a minimum of 50 qualified touches per day.
