Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development; this experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Be comfortable making outbound business calls and speaking with restaurant owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, research, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Have experience managing schedules, calendars, travel, and follow-ups.
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bring social media, podcast, webinar, or video coordination experience as a plus.
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Have own equipment.
- Work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, on a Pacific Standard Time night shift.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage trade show activities, restaurant outreach, partnerships, and scheduling for Chomp Show and Restaurant Association initiatives.
- Build relationships with restaurants, agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to create new business and media opportunities.
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communications, research, administrative coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Identify collaboration opportunities, organize outreach campaigns, and assist with production logistics to help grow Chomp Show visibility.
