Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
Have strong hands-on SQL experience.
Have practical experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Have hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
Have strong experience building and maintaining ELT or data pipelines.
Have solid data modeling knowledge, including dimensional models and data warehouse structures.
Have experience integrating data from different systems and APIs.
Have experience working with cloud-based data warehouses.
Be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Have strong independence, ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Be fluent in English.

Analyze the current data setup, workflows, and Google Spreadsheet-based backend.
Design and build a stable, scalable data warehouse on BigQuery.
Build and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt, Fivetran, and similar tools.
Develop staging layers, dimensional models, marts, and transformation logic.
Migrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, including external systems via APIs.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and maintainability.
Support a user-friendly reporting and data access layer for Finance and Operations.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Product stakeholders.
Own the project from initial analysis through implementation and handover.
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, and contribute to the development environment and CI/CD setup.
