Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Hands-on experience evaluating, testing, or implementing artificial intelligence solutions.
- Practical knowledge or experience with machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI applications.
- Experience participating in the planning, execution, testing, and evaluation of AI proofs of concept.
- Understanding of processes and technical considerations for moving AI solutions into production environments.
- Knowledge of system architecture and application integration through APIs.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data engineering concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with AI governance, information security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements, including LGPD.
- Postgraduate studies, specializations, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Cloud Computing are preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, model deployment pipelines, and AI lifecycle management practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI tools, including generative AI, for technical feasibility, cost, risk, and alignment with business objectives.
- Support planning, execution, and documentation of AI proofs of concept, including defining success criteria and evaluating results.
- Collaborate with technical teams to transition AI solutions from experimental environments into production.
- Contribute to integration design, technical requirements gathering, and solution documentation.
- Apply security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-use principles, including applicable LGPD requirements.
- Develop guidelines, technical documentation, and shared learnings for AI development and adoption.
- Work with Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business teams to identify and implement AI initiatives.
- Monitor implemented AI solutions, identify improvement areas, and recommend adjustments to reliability and efficiency.
- Contribute to evaluating system architectures and API integrations for AI solutions.
