Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating and managing SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent Polish communication skills.
- Very good spoken and written English, minimum C1.
- Readiness for business travel of 20–30% annually.
- Ability to work independently and organize work effectively.
- Analytical skills and effective task-planning skills.
- Ability to identify potential project risks and opportunities.
- Experience conducting meetings.
- Presentation skills.
- Experience using Office 365 applications.
- SAP Activate certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support project management activities for international and Polish clients.
- Independently lead simple, short-term implementation projects.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle with support from experienced SAP Project Managers.
- Prepare, analyze, and plan project work.
- Build project solutions and schedules.
- Manage project resources and teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders and present results.
- Monitor project delivery using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Report project work to clients at the PPM level.
