Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Migration.
- Have strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Have experience with SAP Master Data, Transactional Data, and migration programs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data quality and governance frameworks.
- Bring stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Carve-out, separation, M&A, or divestiture experience is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of Syniti, SNP, Data Services, or similar tools is a nice to have.
- Understanding of SAP Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or Maintenance processes is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead data governance and ownership frameworks.
- Define data scope, the Minimum Viable Dataset (MVD), and migration strategy.
- Manage data discovery, assessment, and business workshops.
- Oversee data quality, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Coordinate data extraction, migration planning, and cutover readiness.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, privacy, and data-sharing requirements.
- Drive business sign-offs and Day 1 data readiness.
