Requirements
- Have senior-level experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Have experience designing scalable data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Bring strong Python skills.
- Have knowledge of ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Have experience with data tools such as Pandas or Spark.
- Be able to take ownership of projects and ensure models deliver customer value.
- Be able to guide and unblock others through code reviews and architectural feedback.
- Have experience working independently in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
- Experience in high-growth startups or small teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models to improve and automate logistics processes.
- Own ML projects from problem definition and data exploration through deployment and production monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align ML work with customer needs and deliver product features.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor within the ML area.
- Review code and promote reproducibility, quality, and performance best practices.
- Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks to improve ML infrastructure and workflows.
