Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of experience in brand management or an equivalent marketing role; CPG experience is ideal.
- Have a track record of developing and executing integrated brand plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Have experience in a DTC-first business with omnichannel exposure across Amazon and retail.
- Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into marketing that resonates.
- Bring strong project management skills and the ability to move quickly across multiple workstreams.
- Work collaboratively across an organization and influence decisions independently.
- Demonstrate clear communication, problem-solving, ownership, and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategy for campaigns and launches, from positioning and creative through integrated execution.
- Build brand plans with creative, channel, social, events, and partnerships teams.
- Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into activations that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Support brand execution across DTC, Amazon, retail, and other channels while maintaining cohesion.
- Identify opportunities to extend the brand into culturally relevant moments across social, events, and partnerships.
- Support product and brand partnerships that drive affinity, acquisition, and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives aligned, moving, and on strategy.
- Use data, consumer response, and cultural feedback to sharpen the approach over time.
- Report performance, learnings, and priorities to cross-functional partners.
