  • Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus.
  • As a contractor, supply a secure computer, high-quality microphone and recording setup, and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Record scripted material in Welsh.
  • Assess AI-generated outputs for linguistic accuracy and naturalness.
  • Annotate errors in speech samples.
  • Evaluate pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and regional variation.
  • Provide expert feedback to strengthen Welsh voice models.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.
