Requirements
- Have C1-level English proficiency or higher.
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience writing direct response or conversion-focused copy.
- Have experience writing landing pages, ads, or email campaigns.
- Have experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or performance marketing agency.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or Journalism.
- Have a solid understanding of direct response principles, including offers, hooks, CTAs, objection handling, and A/B testing.
- Work 9 AM-5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Be able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap.
Responsibilities
- Craft and refine copy for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Edit and rework existing copy to improve its performance.
- Use conversion rates, CTR, and engagement data to test, iterate, and optimize copy.
- Adapt writing to each client’s audience, offer, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and designers.
- Bring ideas for improving campaigns.
- Use SEO and AI tools to work faster without compromising quality.
