- Have 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Have a strong portfolio of vertical short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Understand how hooks, pacing, and creative variations affect ad performance.
- Have hands-on experience with AI editing tools and AI features built into editing software.
- Be familiar with UGC-style and social-first content.
- Maintain strong file organization habits and attention to detail.
- Be able to stay calm under tight deadlines.
- Advanced English (C1+).
Responsibilities
- Ingest, organize, label, and back up raw video and audio files using consistent naming conventions.
- Build assembly edits and string-outs from creative briefs.
- Sync audio and video, apply basic lighting and color corrections, and clean up audio.
- Produce multiple versions of each ad with new hooks, cuts, and formats on short turnaround times.
- Use AI tools and built-in AI editing features to speed up the workflow while maintaining quality.
- Apply feedback from senior editors, creative leads, and the Acquisition team across revision rounds.
- Export final files to the specifications of platforms including TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and streaming.
