Requirements
- Have experience with FICO solutions and developing and maintaining decision engines.
- Bring experience from financial institutions, payment companies, or high-volume transaction environments.
- Have participated in projects involving credit, onboarding, antifraud, collections, risk, or product eligibility.
- Know FICO Blaze Advisor, FICO Decision Modeler (DM), FICO Decision Management Platform (DMPS), and Rule Maintenance Application (RMA).
- Have experience developing business rules, decision tables, decision trees, ruleflows, workspaces, and deployments.
- Understand rule versioning and governance, and troubleshooting and analyzing decision-engine processing.
- Know REST APIs, system integrations, JSON, XML, and advanced SQL.
- Have experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks, and data modeling.
- Understand messaging and synchronous and asynchronous integrations, observability, and monitoring.
- Have experience with cloud environments; Azure is desirable.
- Know Git and DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve business rules on the FICO platform.
- Analyze impacts and design decision solutions.
- Implement rules, decision tables, and decision trees.
- Integrate the FICO engine with corporate APIs and microservices.
- Support functional testing and acceptance testing.
- Maintain the platform and resolve production incidents.
- Ensure traceability, auditing, and governance of decisions.
- Support business teams in defining and optimizing policies.
- Document solutions and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
