Requirements
- Have 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be available to work 9:00 PM–6:00pm in your respective timezone.
- Be available for assigned weekends and select holidays based on business needs.
- Be able to multitask and de-escalate situations across voice, chat, email, and SMS inquiries.
- Demonstrate task prioritization, organization, and attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment and contribute as part of a team.
- Have intermediate-level Excel or Google Sheets skills (preferred).
- Experience supporting consumer lending, fintech, or other financial products is preferred.
- Startup experience is preferred.
- A college degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Provider and Consumer inquiries with one-touch resolution across phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer and provider interactions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Investigate customer inquiries and account activity to provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- De-escalate complex customer situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Document customer interactions and account-level issues accurately.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience, operational processes, internal systems, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate across departments to support company growth and operations.
