Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in native iOS development.
- Have strong practical experience with Swift.
- Have commercial experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit.
- Have hands-on experience implementing accessibility features in production iOS applications.
- Have strong practical knowledge of VoiceOver.
- Have experience with iOS Accessibility APIs and/or SwiftUI Accessibility.
- Have experience implementing Dynamic Type and scalable text sizes.
- Know how to use accessibility labels, traits, values, actions, and focus management.
- Have experience with accessibility testing, particularly using VoiceOver.
- Know relevant accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1/2.2.
- Have good command of English and the ability to collaborate in an international team.
- Be available for full-time cooperation, approximately 40 hours per week, on a B2B contract; the project is planned until April 30, 2027, with a possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a native iOS application using Swift.
- Implement and improve accessibility features using iOS Accessibility APIs and SwiftUI Accessibility.
- Ensure compatibility with VoiceOver and other iOS accessibility features.
- Implement accessible UI components with appropriate labels, traits, values, and actions.
- Manage accessibility focus and navigation across application screens.
- Support Dynamic Type and scalable text sizes.
- Perform hands-on accessibility testing, particularly using VoiceOver.
- Identify and resolve accessibility issues in existing application features.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve application usability and accessibility.
- Apply accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG 2.1/2.2.
