Requirements
- Demonstrate strong native Android development skills with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Have a track record of shipping features that improved engagement.
- Have designed and run A/B tests.
- Use data to decide what to build next.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Be able to add structure where it is needed.
- Have experience owning performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production app.
- Audio playback or streaming on Android experience is a bonus.
- Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build the Android Creative App.
- Ship features that integrate with AI-driven audio models.
- Use experimental results to determine where focused bets or incremental improvements can move the product.
- Work closely with design, product, and research.
- Help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction.
