Job Details

Have an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Have at least 1 year of related work experience.
Demonstrate decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Have effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Have presentation skills for audiences ranging from senior management to line and staff associates.
Have experience using Microsoft Office tools.
Have exploratory data analysis experience.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work to meet critical deadlines.
Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner.
Preferred: Introduction to formal product management methodologies.
Preferred: Introduction to structured technology delivery or software development lifecycles.

Support daily Agile and Scrum operations, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Facilitate team ceremonies and help align sprint commitments with team capacity and priorities.
Monitor sprint progress and identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery concerns.
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders with context and recommended next steps.
Help improve delivery predictability and team effectiveness.
Partner with Lead Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate roadmap priorities into user stories.
Create and maintain acceptance criteria that support successful delivery.
Ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
Maintain a prioritized backlog that supports squad goals.
