Requirements
- Write and critically review code.
- Read and understand Python.
- Have a mature personal setup for coding with AI.
- Understand how models, prompting, and evaluation work.
- Challenge user needs, empathise with users, and define what good looks like.
- Run work end-to-end and focus on shipping quickly when direction is unclear.
- Enjoy shifting priorities and make decisions within a day.
Responsibilities
- Own the product direction of the AI Software Factory and decide what to build next.
- Learn how engineers work, investigate their problems with 5 whys, and check that the tool fits their day.
- Restructure the AI Software Factory.
- Ship agents for bug resolution, code review, QA, auto-approval, and safe auto-merge, using Qonto context.
- Set success metrics and interpret the results.
- Run follow-up iterations quickly.
- Promote the product across engineering and collect feedback.
