Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in data architecture and cloud solutions, particularly in GCP or Azure environments.
- Have practical experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Have very good knowledge of SQL.
- Know good practices for designing, documenting, and implementing data processing workflows, including code versioning, CI/CD, and data testing.
- Understand data modeling, ETL and ELT processes, and integration of data from different sources.
- Have knowledge of data quality, information security, and data governance.
- Preferred: experience designing system architecture.
- Preferred: familiarity with streaming technologies and real-time data processing architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, efficient data warehouse architecture aligned with business needs.
- Define, implement, and enforce architectural standards and good practices for data, file storage, and real-time data flows.
- Develop consistent data structures and naming conventions for maintainable data solutions.
- Build and configure tools that support data architects, such as data catalogs.
- Oversee the implementation and development of ETL and ELT processes.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and usability of data used in business analysis.
- Maintain data architecture consistency and compliance with data governance, security, and data quality principles.
