Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a Computer Science-related area.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering or IT support-related roles.
- Have knowledge of Linux, including basic scripting and commands.
- Have knowledge of SQL.
- Have knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Have knowledge of networking tools such as F5 or HAProxy.
- Have knowledge of monitoring and observability stacks.
- Have knowledge of logging practices.
- Be willing to work on-call.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes.
- Determine the impact of high-level incidents quickly and accurately.
- Estimate incident resolution times and establish countermeasures.
- Initiate improvement plans and prevent problems.
- Support test and development teams.
- Produce quality improvement plans and business continuity plans.
- Produce operating instructions.
