Requirements
- Bring a passion for modern cryptographic algorithms and an interest in applying them in real-world situations.
- Work effectively in a small team of security developers.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with standards bodies such as FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, or OIDF is a bonus.
- Experience with emerging industry standards and technologies such as Passkeys or post-quantum algorithms is a bonus.
- Rust or Golang experience, or demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages quickly, is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share security-critical code across applications.
- Implement modern cryptographic algorithms in client applications with security, performance, and usability in mind.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for new industry specifications.
- Implement industry specifications in code.
- Conduct code and design reviews to support cryptographic hygiene and standards across the codebase.
