Responsibilities
- Support students by responding within set timeframes and proactively reaching out to those needing additional support.
- Connect students with resources and encourage participation, collaboration, and faculty-student relationships.
- Stay current in the field and recommend supplementary materials to support student understanding.
- Explain complex topics in accessible ways.
- Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes.
- Facilitate online discussions and foster an inclusive, respectful environment for open dialogue and diverse perspectives.
