Requirements
- Have 4+ years of commercial experience with Python.
- Have a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Have solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
- Have experience designing scalable backend systems.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level and proficient Ukrainian.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as Cassandra, Redis, or KeyDB is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with high-load or distributed systems is a plus.
- Production experience with monitoring, error tracking, and observability tools is a plus.
- Experience designing and developing integrations with third-party services and APIs is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools in software development workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-load backend services.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design fault-tolerant systems.
- Participate in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
- Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to define priorities and solutions.
- Write clear technical documentation.
