Job Details

Languages: Fluent English.
Experience: 5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Required Skills: AWS

Bring deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or Healthcare & Life Sciences, ideally in a client-facing or consulting context.
Have 5–7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership.
Have 3–5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Show a track record operating forward-deployed or embedded with clients, including hands-on prototyping.
Demonstrate the ability to lead or materially contribute to a Provectus Program or Blueprint from 0-to-1 and at scale, and land it as client delivery.
Bring strong Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Be fluent in English.
Have working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, including building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are required.
Understand prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks well enough to assess quality and translate them for client stakeholders.
Understand enterprise ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance well enough to scope integrations and identify data-readiness risks.
Understand AWS as the primary platform, as well as MLOps and AI observability tradeoffs.
Apply design thinking, data-driven decision-making, executive storytelling, and structured problem-solving in ambiguous settings.

Define value propositions, positioning, and reusable artifacts for assigned programs or Blueprints, aligning sales and delivery.
Build business cases covering market fit, ROI, and competitive positioning, and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market and use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data and drive rapid prototyping.
Build with Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills, and plugins; drive Cowork Activation as a parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmaps for GenAI and agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases and balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Lead Agile execution, including backlog, sprint planning, and release processes.
Define success metrics and analytics, drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis, and contribute to the AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal measurement framework.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks.
