Requirements
- At least 3 years of software testing experience.
- At least 1 year of practical experience automating tests with Appium for Android devices and applications.
- At least 1 year of experience testing Android mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Kotlin, or readiness to demonstrate recent commercial experience automating tests in Kotlin.
- Experience analyzing and fixing unstable automated tests.
- Experience creating automated and manual test cases and documentation.
- Experience with UI testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Critical and abstract thinking, with strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
- English at B2 level or higher and very good Polish.
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and reliability testing is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into test cases suitable for reliable automation.
- Design, build, and maintain automated UI, API, and regression test suites.
- Work with teams developing systems and Android applications to analyze requirements and architecture for automatable test plans.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze automated test failures and distinguish flaky tests from actual regressions.
- Analyze the testing process and test coverage to identify automation gaps.
