Requirements
- Demonstrate strong ServiceNow expertise, particularly in workflow design and API integration.
- Have experience creating and customizing ServiceNow Business Rules.
- Have knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab.
- Be able to design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards.
- Have strong networking and firewall technology knowledge.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- German language skills are a plus.
- A customer-oriented approach, teamwork capabilities, communication skills, and assertiveness are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows integrating automation scripts, APIs, and components.
- Design, configure, and administer the ServiceNow orchestration platform, including status dashboards.
- Customize Ansible playbooks for Software Defined Networking (SDN).
- Integrate and manage GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Deploy target configurations and workflows based on change management processes.
- Generate change validation documentation automatically.
- Document work in compliance with FI-TS standards.
- Conduct training sessions.
