Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in NetSuite administration and accounting systems integration.
- Deep technical expertise in NetSuite ERP configuration, administration, and workflow optimization.
- Experience developing automations with SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with PSA platforms such as Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, or HaloPSA.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, transformation, synchronization, and reconciliation.
- Practical understanding of accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, purchasing, and related financial workflows.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve process efficiency and scalability.
- Strong project management, documentation, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams across the United States and India.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and PSA platforms, including Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, and HaloPSA.
- Build, deploy, and support NetSuite automations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Suitelet, and RESTlet technologies.
- Maintain integration frameworks using Catalyst and custom API code, monitor data synchronization, and resolve workflow errors.
- Configure and administer NetSuite modules for billing, invoicing, and purchasing.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity and support compliance.
- Oversee NetSuite release updates and adapt integrations to changes in APIs, features, and platform functionality.
- Support data migration, transformation, and reconciliation during partner onboarding and integration projects.
- Translate business and accounting requirements into technical solutions for recurring billing, purchase order automation, and reconciliation workflows.
- Coordinate integration testing, deployments, and issue resolution with accounting, systems, and IT services partner teams.
- Develop technical documentation and provide training, walkthroughs, and ongoing support to finance and operations teams.
