Requirements
- Bring deep experience with enterprise-level Shopify projects, including themes, settings, and the app ecosystem.
- Have experience managing a team of developers.
- Be experienced communicating directly with clients, rather than through an account manager.
- Be very comfortable using Asana.
Responsibilities
- Discuss client design ideas, content, and requirements, then relay needs to the design team and coordinate feedback.
- Build project scopes and cost estimates using existing templates.
- Define plans for projects without an established process, including identifying the people needed to solve the problem.
- Review development work for quality before sending it to clients.
- Communicate with clients by email, Slack, and live calls to manage requirements, feedback, and approvals.
- Coordinate Shopify themes, custom apps, site design and Liquid builds, Hydrogen headless development, and ongoing updates.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, with 8 to 13 projects in progress at once.
