Have 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or related Software Engineering roles.
Have experience managing high-volume, production-grade data systems.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Have hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, lakehouse architectures, and Data Mesh principles.
Have expertise in AWS data services, particularly S3, Glue, Athena, EventBridge, Firehose, and Lambda.
Have experience with Apache Airflow or similar DAG-based orchestration tools and Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
Have experience designing real-time streaming architectures with Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis, and familiarity with dbt.
Know DevOps/DataOps practices, including Git, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and AWS or GCP.
Have advanced English proficiency for technical and non-technical communication.

Design, build, and maintain batch and streaming pipelines to ingest and process financial transactions.
Design, scale, and optimize cloud data warehouse and lakehouse architectures.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to turn business needs into data solutions.
Implement data quality frameworks, automated testing, monitoring, and alerting.
Drive DataOps practices, including CI/CD, workflow automation, and Infrastructure as Code for data systems.
Champion data governance, privacy, and security standards across storage and compute layers.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Data Engineers.
