Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills.
- Show excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be proficient in using online search engines and internet browsers.
- Have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Bring excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy concepts is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the managed services team as directed.
- Assist with customer questions.
- Conduct internet research.
- Develop reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal databases and tracking systems.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
