Job Details

Have a background in traditional or onchain markets and understand financial market terminology and how market participants use data.
Have delivered technically complex data products that customers depend on, ideally for institutional customers.
Understand market data and how financial institutions evaluate, purchase, integrate, and use it.
Have good knowledge of onchain markets, tokenized equities, and real-world assets (RWAs).
Connect customer needs with technical requirements and a sound business case.
Demonstrate strong product judgment, including making decisions with incomplete information and revising them as evidence changes.
Stay close to the work by investigating problems, challenging assumptions, and helping teams resolve difficult details.
Be comfortable spending substantial time with customers, including calls and in-office visits.
Have startup experience; former founder or operator experience is preferred.

Define product strategy for market data and institutional customers, prioritizing customers, problems, and products.
Own the product experience from data creation to delivery, setting requirements for coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Translate financial institutions’ research, investment, trading, and operational needs into product priorities.
Work with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds, and integrations for customer systems.
Set scope, quality, and delivery dates; resolve dependencies and keep important work moving.
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams on customer evaluations, pricing, and adoption.
Define product success measures and use results to decide what to improve or stop.
Improve operational practices and use AI to improve customer research, operations, and feedback loops.
Lead and develop a product team accountable for customer results.
