Requirements
- Have hands-on experience developing and implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Have knowledge of statistics, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.
- Understand machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques.
- Have experience with recommendation systems, personalization, customer segmentation, digital behavior analysis, churn prediction, or similar use cases.
- Have experience developing scalable machine learning and AI solutions.
- Be familiar with Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Be able to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) is a nice-to-have.
- Knowledge of AI agents, agentic systems, MLOps, and production deployment of machine learning models is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI solutions for the digital customer experience.
- Build and optimize recommendation and personalization models.
- Develop customer segmentation and behavioral analysis models.
- Design predictive models for customer churn detection and prevention.
- Develop notification orchestration and prioritization models.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and feature engineering.
- Build scalable machine learning solutions that process large volumes of data across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into machine learning and AI solutions.
- Evaluate model performance, validate results, and improve predictive accuracy and business impact.
- Communicate insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
