Requirements
- Have proven experience orchestrating data or ML pipelines on Databricks.
- Have experience with Databricks Jobs, Workflows, and cluster policies.
- Have solid CI/CD experience, including Azure DevOps, gitflow, and pull requests.
- Have infrastructure-as-code experience with Databricks Asset Bundles.
- Follow code quality standards using black, isort, and mypy.
- Have advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Have experience with Delta and Unity Catalog.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate production pipelines on Databricks Jobs, chaining tasks and managing failure modes.
- Configure and maintain deployments with Databricks Asset Bundles across dev, QA, and production targets.
- Manage model and artifact registration, versioning, aliases, and rollback in MLflow and Unity Catalog.
- Manage compute across workspaces, standardize FinOps cost-monitoring tags, and integrate AIOps and observability.
- Diagnose runtime incidents and coordinate with development squads to maintain production pipeline health.
