Requirements
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of building and launching user-facing products, including technical decisions, implementation, and post-launch improvements.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend development, particularly TypeScript or JavaScript and React or Next.js.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, databases, and data infrastructure.
- Experience building real-time, data-intensive interfaces where performance, data accuracy, state management, responsiveness, and usability are critical.
- Experience with data pipelines, indexing systems, or real-time infrastructure and understanding of how data reaches user-facing applications.
- Working knowledge of the Solana blockchain, including accounts, transactions, program interactions, and indexing onchain activity.
- Familiarity with DeFi and market structure, including spot and perpetuals markets, AMMs, order books, maker and taker dynamics, fees, and rebates.
- Ability to own work across the product stack, troubleshoot unfamiliar challenges, and make architectural decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with trading interfaces, portfolio management products, financial dashboards, or products for sophisticated financial users is an advantage.
- Familiarity with points, rewards, loyalty, or incentive systems at scale is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with Solana data infrastructure such as Helius, Pyth, Geyser plugins, or custom indexing solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of the trading platform.
- Design and develop responsive interfaces for market, portfolio, trading, and rewards data.
- Build and optimise real-time dashboards, activity feeds, leaderboards, campaign interfaces, prize pools, VIP progression, and rebate tracking.
- Lead features from initial ideas and architectural decisions through implementation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Work across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, databases, and data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with onchain data and indexing teams to accurately capture, process, and present spot and perpetuals trading activity.
- Manage integrations with decentralised exchanges, perpetuals trading platforms, launchpads, wallets, and data providers.
- Engage with traders, proprietary trading firms, and market makers to understand workflows and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Maintain engineering standards for frontend architecture, performance, code quality, testing, observability, and reliability.
