More than 6 years of professional software development experience, with substantial full stack experience.
Strong Node.js backend development experience, including designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs.
Practical experience with PHP and Laravel for backend application development and maintenance.
Strong React.js experience building and maintaining interactive web applications.
Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, data modeling, troubleshooting, and query performance analysis.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows, including pull requests and code reviews.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software delivery and deployment processes.
Familiarity with Jira and agile project management, particularly Kanban.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Claude Code, or comparable tools.
Experience with application maintenance and production support, including bug investigation, log analysis, root-cause identification, and production fixes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical issues and solutions to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PHPUnit or Jest is a plus.

Investigate and resolve production support requests across backend and frontend applications.
Take ownership of assigned tickets, gather information, coordinate activities, and drive issues to resolution.
Update requesters, business stakeholders, and leadership on progress, timelines, impact, risks, and blockers.
Build, maintain, and enhance applications using Node.js, PHP/Laravel, and React.js.
Deliver new features and technical improvements to application functionality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Use Claude, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted tools for investigation, coding, code review, testing, and documentation.
Participate in code reviews and follow pull request, testing, integration, and deployment workflows.
Document root causes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for support requests.
Investigate database issues, optimize queries, and contribute to data modeling and performance improvements.
Balance production support and feature development in a Kanban workflow; identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
