Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud architecture or security architecture.
- Hands-on technical security experience with at least one hyperscaler, including IAM, encryption, key management, networking, and logging.
- Ability to analyze provider audit reports and certification documentation, including C5, SOC 2, and SecNumCloud, and understand certification scope.
- CCSP or CISSP certification, or documented equivalent cloud security experience.
- Fluent English.
- Documented experience leading technical workshops with management and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of European digital sovereignty frameworks such as SEAL and BSI C3A is a plus.
- Azure SC-100 or AWS Security Specialty certification is a plus.
- Experience with OpenStack or Kubernetes platforms and European cloud providers is a plus.
- French or German language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess Azure, AWS, GCP, and European cloud providers for key custody, administrative identity and access, support paths, telemetry, and control-plane ownership.
- Classify and audit cloud solutions against SEAL, BSI C3A, SecNumCloud, and C5 frameworks.
- Present assessment results to senior stakeholders.
- Review and design key-management architectures, including HYOK, external key management, and HSM integrations such as Thales CipherTrust.
- Recommend target architectures and providers, including hyperscaler sovereign services and European providers.
- Define technology constraints in digital sovereignty roadmaps and identify which technology stacks meet each security level.
- Create reusable analytical materials, including checklists, reference architectures, and assessment templates.
- Coordinate with cloud, security, and delivery teams to support implementation of recommended solutions.
