Requirements
- Hold a medical degree from an accredited institution of Medical Education.
- Have at least 2 years of medical monitoring experience in clinical research or a related industry.
- Have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Have excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Medically manage assigned clinical trials as Medical Monitor.
- Serve as Global Lead Medical Monitor for assigned pan-regional and/or global trials.
- Collaborate with Medical & Safety project teams to process Serious Adverse Events (SAEs).
- Provide therapeutic and protocol-specific training to project teams.
- Contribute medical input to clinical development programs, study protocols, research papers, and client-focused white papers.
- Provide after-hours medical support for assigned projects.
- Assist with feasibility assessments, medical training, and business development activities as directed by the department head.
