Experience: 15 years of active-duty USAF Enlisted experience in selected career field; 10 years of Military Technical reading/writing

Have 15 years of active-duty USAF enlisted experience in the selected career field.
Have 10 years of military technical reading and writing experience.
Demonstrate significant documented Air Force Specialty Code training.
Be competent in online navigation and use of Google Suite services.
Provide clear, effective written and online communication and convey information professionally.
Demonstrate attention to technical and written detail.
Use an internet-connected computer; Chromebook is not sufficient.
An associate degree or higher is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in English, writing, or the AFSC field is preferred.
Career Assistance Advisor or Airmen Development Advisor experience is preferred.
Staff or instructor tour experience is listed as a qualification.
Basic Instructor, EPME Instructor, or Facilitator experience is preferred.

Review employer-provided material to identify key points for study content.
Create and review content in the employer-provided web portal covering career examinations and other topics.
Write content in technical English using appropriate grammar, spelling, and language conventions.
Submit work for approval and make required changes.
Accept and incorporate feedback during the review process.
Provide at least 20 hours per week of content creation within the defined writing standards.
