Requirements
- Have 5+ years of backend engineering or integration experience for SaaS platforms.
- Bring strong API design experience, including REST or GraphQL, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Have experience with workflow engines, preferably n8n.
- Build Python services using FastAPI or Flask, including containerization and CI/CD.
- Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph, including Outlook mail sending and Teams notifications.
- Have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM APIs, OAuth scopes and permissions, and CRM activity logging.
- Have practical exposure to agentic AI platforms such as Lyzr or LangChain, integrating AI outputs into deterministic workflows.
- Understand structured logging, tracing, metrics and monitoring, circuit breakers, idempotency, and robust error handling.
- Be able to document architectures and hand work off to delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the backend integration layer, including n8n workflow orchestration, agent endpoints, and enterprise SaaS APIs.
- Stand up and secure services for agentic components using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Manage OAuth2 and tenant-app authentication for Microsoft Graph and Zoho CRM, maintaining Zoho as the source of truth.
- Build adapters and connectors for Lyzr agent endpoints and LinkedIn enrichment, and log normalized activities to the CRM.
- Instrument reliability and observability with idempotency, retries, backoff, dead-letter queues, metrics, health checks, and alerting.
- Translate playbooks into callable services and reusable workflows with prompts, knowledge-base, and process owners.
- Create technical documentation and demo handoff materials.
- Harden security and compliance through secrets management, token refresh, role-based access, and PII handling.
