Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or BA, preferably in the traditional finance industry.
- Have strong knowledge of traditional financial markets, including stocks and ETFs.
- Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Experience working with trading platforms or stock exchanges is highly desirable.
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Bring analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of the equities/traditional-finance trading product, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive enhancements to traditional financial instruments integrated on Binance’s platform.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Binance’s vision and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing teams.
- Analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Track regulatory developments and ensure product compliance.
