Job Details

Have proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineer in developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
Bring hands-on fluency with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Copilot, and understand how they differ.
Have working knowledge of LLM serving and integration, including OpenAI-compatible APIs, inference gateways and routers, context windows, tool calling, MCP, and token economics.
Be comfortable working in a terminal and customer codebases.
Be fluent in at least one scripting language and able to debug a broken configuration live on a call.
Have a track record of converting technical evaluations into signed business, including enterprise security and architecture reviews.
Be willing to travel across the region.
Model and agent benchmarking experience is a plus.
Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure knowledge is a plus.
A public technical profile through talks, writing, or open source is a plus.
Additional European languages are a plus.

Run proofs of concept from architecture discussions through signed evaluations, including installing the harness, configuring the gateway, and migrating agent workflows.
Demonstrate Kimchi’s model routing, context management, and coding-agent differences to staff engineers and platform leads.
Compare Kimchi with incumbent tools on accuracy, cost per run, and developer experience.
Lead enterprise security, data residency, and network architecture reviews, involving product engineering when needed.
Diagnose and resolve customer integration issues live.
Share feedback from proofs of concept with product teams.
Enable account executives and sales engineers to identify and qualify Kimchi opportunities, and represent Kimchi at regional conferences and meetups.
